Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed from various locations in India to the shipping address provided by the customer. Processing time may vary depending on the order quantity.


2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Delivery within India generally takes 7–10 working days, depending on the delivery location and order size.
Only one shipping address per order is allowed. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
We can ship to P.O. Box addresses; however, we do not take responsibility for non-delivery in such cases.
International shipping details will be communicated to the customer at the time of order.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.

4. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods based on customer preference:
Sea Freight: Goods will be delivered to the nearest sea port. Customers must arrange pickup from the port.
Surface Transport: Customers are responsible for collecting goods from the transport company.
Air Freight: Goods can be delivered either to the airport or directly to the specified delivery address, based on mutual agreement.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier companies will attempt delivery twice to the address provided in the order. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be considered non-deliverable.

6. Liability & Responsibility

We shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses, courier issues, or transportation arrangements made by the customer.
Customers are responsible for collecting goods when required from sea ports, transport companies, or other delivery points.

7. Service Coverage

Currently, we provide delivery to over 26,000 PIN codes across India and are constantly working to expand our coverage.
Our goal is to deliver products in a fast, safe, and cost-effective manner.

8. Domestic Shipping Partners

Within India, we use courier services, transport companies, or Indian Post to ensure timely delivery.
